Can't install any new hardware???? |

Hey I just got my new cpu and it won't let install any new hardware like it won't even recongnize usb plug and plays. I went into Control Panel and went to add new hardware and i keep getting an error saying that install wizard is currently installing something else and to wait till its finished? I've restarted my cpu like a million times and still the same problem! Anyone know how to fix it e-mail me at millertimeinc69@hotmail.com Thanks
