Can Not Logon To Windows XP

message from =?Utf-8?B?bHVueXR1bnpmYW4=?= on 31 May 2004
When I try to logon from the Welcome screen I get a message about virtual memory low. When this is cleared I would get an C++ Runtime error with the winlogon.exe file. When this was cleared it would start going to the users screen then bounce right out to the welcome screen. I tried to run the recovery disc from the manufacturer but it said it could not find a backup image. I removed the disc and tried to restart it. Now I get a Windows Product Activation error: "A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking the license for the computer. Error code: 0x800705aa". Not only can I not get into Windows now but it will not boot from a CD anymore. I can not find the error on Microsoft's site anywhere.
