Ok Don. We need a little more information. Exactly what do you mean
"Does not run" and won't start up?"
Do you mean it does not auto run a CD? Do you mean the computer can not
access the drive when a CD is in it? Could you be asking about a computer
that does not see the CD at all? Maybe you can see it but can't read files
on it?
It might also help if you could tell us what CD drive you have and list
any events (like a virus infection) that your computer may have had
recently, even if it does not seem to be related.
BTW it is considered bad form to use ALL CAPS as most people find it
easer to read conventional case. All caps are considered shouting.
