CPU sensors shows "busy" in Norton System Doctor

My CPU sensor always show as "busy" in my Norton System Doctor utility. Doing a diskperf -y does not fix the problem. Symantec says it is a corrupt WindowsXP dll causing the problem, but I have no idea how to find it. Please help. Thanks.
