C++ runtime Error in Library |

I am having a run time error on my iexplorer.exe file I dont know what has happened. I have tried going into certain area within yahoo and then it gives me a (C++ runtime error C:\windows\iexplorer.exe file. I dont know what I should do. I need to get this fixed as soon as possible so if anyone can help me it would be great! please help!!!!!!!!!!

Can I resolve this problem with re installing the windows xp program or will it still exist on the computer when finished?
