Browsers don't work :-(

On one of my computers, my IE browser (6.0 with all updates) will not
get web pages - says they are unavailable.

Same thing with Netscape 7.1

But I can get email (OE) and newsgroups (Free Agent)

On my other computer all is OK so no problem with ISP.

Nothing in host file to block it.

Zone Alarm not blocking them.

All suggestions will be gratefully received.
