AIM, again!

Hi folks.

I uninstalled my instant messenger and installed AIM. It was working fine and all of a sudden it began to start when I open outlook express. I just reinstalled windows and still I have this problem. I already shut off "Automatically log onto AIM when outlook express starts." Is there something I'm missing here?
