Any Direct X 9 Issues with SP2 RC1?

I installed the Service Pack 2 Release Candidate 1 on my home PC and I have been testing it out since. I found that the Demo Version of Armed and Dangerous is unable to load due to an "incorrect version of Direct X 9.0b installed." The game works just fine in the same setup with SP1. Anyone else have this issue? And if so, does anyone know of a fix?
