Salut,
As-tu désactivé le restauration automatique du système ?? (clic droit sur
poste de travail, propriétés, onglet Restauration du Système, cocher la case
"Désactiver la restauration automatique sur tous les lecteurs", puis refais
ton scan avec tes anti-virus,ad aware et autres...)

Fais [Win]+[Pause], choisis "Restauration système" et coche "Désactiver
la restauration système...." Reboote. Reviens au même endroit et
de-coche le même item.
