running total in a query

Hi,

I asked before about having a running total. Thanks for
the answers, but maybe my question wasn't clear.
I would like to have a running total in a query.
I need to build other query on top of this one, so I
cannot use the running total from a report (or can I...
can I base a query on a report ?)
