problem with help file

Hello. You know that help text has text that's
highlighted and underscored. Upon clicking on the second
type, a new help screen shows up. That one is ok.

The problem is with the first type. Upon clicking on it,
a text box with the explanation for the term shows up but
the main help text does not change. Once you read the
box, you click gain and it disapear.

Well, all of a sudden, I cannot get these text boxes to
appear. Whats' going on?
