importing dos-hebrew files into access

Hello,

I have text file (DOS) with hebrew characters on it.
When I am importing the file into access db, the characters "(" are swapped
with ")"
(there are many characters that are swapped).
I want that Hebrew will be imported as is, with no intevention of Access nor
Windows.
How can I do that ?

vut i do in situation like dis is to open file in notepad den copy paste
into
