You'd probably have a better chance of getting an answer asking in one of
the Excel newsgroups (they start microsoft.public.excel).
This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.

As noted elsethread, this isn't EXCEL group.
Highlight the entire row under the row that you want to "freeze". Then use
Window | Freeze Panes option to freeze the row.

Sorry, in Access you can only freeze columns, not rows.
