I want certain text fields to have different formatting
ie. one field to be all caps and another field to have
title caps.
how do I do this in tables?

This will affect the display of the data only, it won't change the data in
the table. Table are mainly for holding data, not manipulating it, such as
formatting, and are; therefore, very limited in their abilities to do that.
By "title caps" I assume you mean the large & small caps mixture. I don't
know of a way to do this in a table. Forms and reports are for displaying
data.
