continuous boxes for text when exporting from Access to Words

I think I can create boxes in the Access Design, so that when I export, all the data will fit in nicely into individual boxes, but I need to be sure that I am using the right tools - it works a bit like mail merge. Any ideas?. (Bit hard to explain here, is there an email address that I can forward a sample to?) thanks
