custom menu bars & switchboard don't work in access XP

I have developed an A2000 split & secured app. While testing it on A2000, it
works fine.

On Access XP however, none of the custom menu bar buttons or switchboard
buttons work.

I call converted macro modules from the custom menubar button using the On
Action event from the custom menu bar properties as below

=Open_MyForm()

Does Access XP need any particular references to be included for these to
work.

Appreciate any help
