Working with Trees

Hi all.

I need to build form, that can allow me work with trees.

Example: I have table Categories with fields: ID, ParentID, Name. Number of leavels is not limited. And I need to build form, that can allow me to expand and collapse leavels and edit "Name" field at each leavel. How can I do it?
