Viewing users accessing DB

message from anon@hp.com on 06 May 2004
Hi There,

I manage a few Access2000 databases over a corporate network and I was
wondering if there was some sort of tool I could use to monitor who was
accessing my databases at any given time?

try http://www.mvps.org/access/modules/mdl0055.htm

Check out the entire site, it has a wealth of Access lore.

I think he wants a list of who is accessing the mdb/mde file at any given
time.
(I'm interested myself)
The form in the sample at the link you attached shows the name of my
computer, that's all (nice though, I saveed it).

Thanks for this, I gave it at shout and altho it does show me the username
and computer name, it doesn't list all the current users of the database.

Very handy, all the same, this one will be keep.

Thanks
