Update two databases across internet

Hello everyone,

My company is just opening up a new office in europe and we need to have our
access database available for them to update daily just as we do. One way
that we've discussed doing this is using a VPN and allowing their office to
VPN into our network and access it that way. Another way that we talked
about was having two separate databases and somehow making them update each
other daily... but i've not had any experience with such. Any insight that
you can offer will be appreciated!!

You will need to gather some information on how the network is setup.
