Uninstallation of Access 2003 Packaged Application

When uninstalling a packaged application, I am always prompted for the original .msi CD.

There are options in the setup.ini for caching the installation files - which I would presume eliminates the need for the original installation media?

Can anyone tell me what the values for these options should be set to, as I have tried several combinations and cannot find any help articles relating to it.
