Text boxes on Help Menus do not pop up |

Text from help has highlighted words or expressions that
once clicked on a text box with a brief description of
the item shows on scrren.
A few days ago there was no problem with this. Now when I
click on a highlighted word looking for its meaning, a
get the sound from associated from the clicking but the
text box with the explanation does not pop up.
Whats wrong?
