Not really sure if this is a Access thing or windows 2000. Anyway I am running Access 2k on a network, the file resides on the server and I have set up databases on everyones machines linking the tables. Now the problem it only allows one user at a time stating that it is locked by user123, I have set user permissons (maybe that's my problem) but it blocks all users out .As one closes the database another can open it. I never had this problem before but before everyone was win98 and now they are win2k all pc are NTFS except the file server and it is fat 32. Any ideas/

Make sure there's an <yourdbname>.ldb in the shared folder when you open the
db
