When using Send Object in a macro with a Rich Text Format, the email stalls out and is never sent. How do I fix this?

This works just fine when send it as a non RTF format?
I suspect the problem is Outlook security updates.

You are right in that it works with any other format. My
Outlook security updates are all up-to-date. Is there an
issue with any specific update?
