Setting Up Wizzards Message

With 1 particular database (Access 2000) I keep getting a
message at screen bottom "setting up wizards...."

The database will run just fine, however I cannot close
Access unless I use task bar. I can't figure out what is
trying to load or why; more important, how do I
discontinue it.

This does not happen with my other databases. Does
anyone know what I should check?
