Does anyone know of an Access pluggin or a stand-alone program that will
search & replace multiple databases? If not, is there an Access expert
out there who could, for a mutally acceptable fee, write a script or an
applet or whatever to achieve this?

What do you mean by "search & replace multiple databases"? Can you be more
