Removing Close Control from Access 2002 Application

I have an access 2002 application. I want to prevent users from close the
application by clicking close button accidently. So i want to remove close
button from the title bar or writing a code part that asks users for
verification close request. ("Do you really want to exit " etc)

(not forms close button, access close button that appears at the top right
corner on the access program)
