No you cannot.

Microsoft.public.access is NOT A CHAT ROOM. It's a technical support
newsgroup for the database program, Microsoft Access. Chat rooms and
newsgroups are *two different things*; please find an appropriate Chat
venue rather than trying to chat here. Thank you and good luck!
