Hi,
I am having the same problem only using Acess 2002 in a Windows xp version. Can you please help me as well. I have tried to register the DAO dll using regsvr32 using tools and xcontrols but the dll file was not listed. Please help!!!

For Access 2002 the file name is DAO360.DLL not DAO350.DLL
Also look at the third KB article that Tony posted.
