Query/Table Update

I am looking to design the following and would like any assistance.

I have 4 tables. Vendors, Paper Size, Paper Weight and Price. The
first thing I want to do is when the customer chooses the Vendor from
the drop down, only the paper size associated that vendor will appear.
Then now that I have the vendor and paper size, only the paper weight
will appear that is related to the vendor and paper size. Then
finally, I want to assign a cost to that choice.

Really lost on how to do this
