Printing problems

Until recently I have been able to print out e-mails on my printer with out
any problems. Now when I print them the first letter of every line is cut
off. I have tried to figure out how to reset the margins, but have been
unable to do so. The problem only exist when printing e-mails. Any
suggestions?
