Dear all,
I have a data base for My patients with the first form about the patient
data like [Name], [Age], [DOB], [ADDRESS], [PTID]...etc, this is linked to a
subform about the visits: through The [PTID] (1--->?), the fields in this
suborm are[serial], [index], [DateOfvisit], .....ETC
I have another Search Form with Unbound fields, to lookup for patients by
name, Date of visit, Serial, index,....
when I build my query to look up for patients by name, DOB, it works fine
and open the form, but when i use fields from the subform it doesn't work
I need to be able to look for patients using serial, index, or date of visit
Please help I'm tired of trials
