Print Design View for SQL Database Table |
| message from Mike on 25 May 2004 |
Hi All;
Is it possible to print the Design View of a SQL table?
ie. Field Name, Data type, Field Size, Indexed, etc.
If so, how?
Thanks.

You don't mention what version of ms-access.
However, you generally can print out all the tables in the database with a
NICE columnar listing.
Go
tools->Analyze->Documenter
Click on the tables tab, and highlight any table you want to printout.
BEFORE you print..make sure you hit the Options button. You want to change
the "Include for fields" option to JUST display the
Names, Datatypes, and sizes.
Play around a bit. If you don't un-check a few of those options..you will
get a mountain of paper. However, if you play around a bit..you can get a
nice columnar listing.
