Mixed formatting in Access text field |
| message from =?Utf-8?B?Um9iZXJ0?= on 10 May 2004 |
I have been using Access for over a decade and have suggested repeatedly that it should be upgrades so that one could at least apply limited mixed-formatting within a text field. So far no luck. Although I have Office XP I using Access for Office 2000. Does anyone know some way that one can add limited formatting, such as italics, bold and underlined to specific words within in a memo field? Now, one must format everything within a field uniformly. However, for my research, I am often inserting data in which selected words are should be written in italics.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Take a look at this site
http://www.lebans.com
and see if his Mixed/Bold or RTF control will help you.

The only way I know of is to use a Rich Text Control instead of a standard
TextBox.
