Install Access 2000 Upgrade to New PC

My old PC had Office 2000 Basic. I added Access 2000
Upgrade. My new PC has Office 2003 Basic which doesn't
qualify for install of Access 2000 Upgrade. Is there a
way around this? I have the Office 2000 disk and the
Access 2000 Upgrade disk.
