How to setup Startup options to keep table updatable |

Hi, experts,
I try to configure the Startup options for an Access.adp.
But it locks my table update capability, no matter how I
configure it.
The application doesn't have any updating problem without
startup.
I need to setup the startup to avoid all of Access menu
bar and icon from users.
Any suggestion is appreciated.

It's my own mistake.
I make a database for experiment with different name.
The table point back to another database, that's why not
updating the table.
