How to Lookup |
| message from JGM22 on 28 May 2004 |
Not sure how the best method would be but here is what I am trying to
do.
Table 'Paper' includes fields - vendor, paper size, paper weight, cost
Table 'Others' includes fields - level, color, b&w, staple, punch (each
field has a number value assigned to it)
I have a form that has all of the fields on it (72 fields). When then
choose the amount of copiers per field, I want to have a lookup to both
tables to determine the price. Simply put, there is a field called
'level' in the table 'Others'. I want the field the user enter the
number of copies to check and see what level they have chosen on the
form and then reference that level and its assocaited prices. It then
would multiply those prices with the prices listed in table 'Paper'.
Any ideas? Thanks - JGM
