HELP PLEASE

HELP I have an NEC express5800/110PRO/5
I reset the CMOS and canot get into the computer it says: Warning IRQ not
configed pci on mother board
Bus oo Device 02 Func 02
Recourse conflic- Pci mass storager Controler on mother board
Bus 00, Device 08 Func:00

Please help me please
