E-mail attachements

I switched from a regular ISP to my local phone companies dsl. Everything
that is comming forwarded to outlook express has it attachments blocked as
haviving content that poses a danger to my computer. I know that these
attachments are fine. Is there a way to stop outlook express from doing this
all the time?

BTW, you posted to the wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft
Access, a database application.
