Distributing an MDB file with my ADO.NET App

I've created an MDB file using a copy of Access. Would I be allowed to distribute that MDB file with my ADO.NET application if I simply include the MDAC redistributable? Or must I include a runtime version of Access?

There are no more restrictions on distributing an MDB file then there is on
a Word DOC file or Excel XLS file.
