I accidentally deleted a whole table in one of my databases. I lost all the information that took me hours to input. Does anyone know how I can restore the data? If so, Please email me.

Unfortunately, I am not aware of any way to recover a deleted table. Once
it is gone, it is gone. I'm guessing that you also do not have a backup
copy of the database... :-/
