Completed Project Tracking Database |
| message from =?Utf-8?B?TWFyY3VzIEhhcnRsZXk=?= on 6 May 2004 |
We like to have an MS Access database that allows us to track already already completed projects. While we could spend a bunch of time trying to figure out how to set up such a database, I'm certain such database have already been developed by users (or companies) more adept than I. Does anyone out there have any recommendation.
1) client information
2) project specific contacts for the client,
3) project specific information such as start date, end date, contract amount, project manager
4) project document information; title, date; format; hyperlinks to archived documents
5) project abstracts
6) project key words
7) Sub-contractor and or Prime contractor information.
The database would also have pre-built queries for searching by client, project manager, key words, etc. as well as forms for entering in all the necessary information.
