Control Panel Not Accessible |

When I try to use any application in my control panel I
get an error message that reads: Access to specified
device, path, or file is denied. I'm using Windows 98.
How can this be fixed. Thanks in advance.

As Cheryl pointed out, this is the wrong newsgroup to be posting a Windows 98 question.
However, I thought I'd add a little comment.
I remember something very similar happening to a computer at one of our store locations.
Turns out it was caused by a virus.
Might be a good idea to update your Anti-Virus DAT files and scan for viruses.
(I hope you have an AV program!)
