Background Graphic

I would like to place a picture on the ACCESS background.
By Background, I mean the Access window that is visible when all other
windows have been minimised.
I acheived this in Access97 by using a fair bit of API code.
Now we are using AccXP - Acc2003 and I was wondering if there was a simpler
way to achieve my goal that using the API code.
I was sort of hoping there might be a Application.BackgroundPicture property
or something but I couldn't find any thing like it.

Any ideas,

PS, I don't really need Another COMPLEX way of doing this as I already
have one. I was more wondering if Microsoft had simplified the process.

No, as far as I'm aware you'd still have to do it the same way that you did
in Access 97.
