Append problem in Datasheet View. |

I copy records already in a table in datasheet view and append them. I then amend the appended records. If I do this one record at a time there is no problem. But if I do a batch, I lose all the appended records! Why?

Are there relationships on these tables, or validation rules. One or more records in your append could be violating validation rules or the rules of your relationship,

That does not explain why I can always append one record at a time but not a group of records.
