Access down & Security warning

Hi everyone,

Recently I migrate Office 97 to office 2003.
Now I cannot open my access and cannot create table.
Whenever I open my table, error message comes up "too
complex query". But I do not use any queries to create
table. Moreover, access 2003 unexpectly becomes down.

What should I do?

Please help me.
