Access Error - Created in an older version of Access - Need update |

This morning I opened my database up and was working in it and then an error came up saying I needed to update to a newer version or somthing like that... I have had this database for over a year and have not made any changes?
What do I do? Please help.

Please post the actual error message. It's possible that the database
has become corrupted; but "or something like that" doesn't give me too
much to go on...!
