Access 97 database problem

I run a database from Access 97 and recently installed
Publisher 2000. After having done this, the access
database appears to have missing fields which I can no
longer view. The database is on a network and still works
fine from other PCs. I've uninstalled both Office 97 and
the 2000 components (using the eraser utilities from MS
support) then reinstalled without success. Can anybody
suggest a resolution?

Make sure you have all of the latest update on all of your computers. Windows, Office, *and* Jet.

Getting the versions out of sync on the computers on a network is a formula for disaster.
