Access 2000 -- Service Pack

I have Access 2000 (9.0.2720) running on Win XP
Professional. I have no service packs on Access. I want
to get to SP3. I keep getting error message, teling me to
call Microsoft, when I try to install SR-1A which appears
to be the first SPack that needs to be installed. This a
stand alone version of Access, not Office.

There are no service packs for the individual Office products. They are all included in one "Office" service pack.
