360 vs 365 Day Years

message from Grace on 28 May 2004
Excel has a function named YearFrac() which I would like
to use in Access. It is listed in the Access help,
however, when I include it in a query it says it is not
defined. Can this function be used in Access?

Since the VBA help file is shared among various applications, it sometimes
is incorrect about whether or not a particular function can be used.

Now, you posted this same question earlier today, and you got a couple of
answers regarding workarounds that will work in Access. Did you not see
those responses?

If for some reason you're intent on using the Excel function, check out

I did not see the replies because I was looking for my
