If you mean a personalised domain like www.tucker4life.com you will have to
get your wallet out I think.

thats a email addres not a domain name. A dmain would be something like
www.domain.com. www.domain..co.uk www.domain..org etc etc....
There are alot of places online that sell domains but shop around for the
best deal. Sometimes it works out alot cheaper to buy the domin seperatly
and then use a seperate hosting company. try www.starasphost.com for your
hosting requirements.

I assume that you mean email address, not domain name. Register the domain
name and get an ISP. Then pick the email address that you want at that
domain. QED.

Not sure what you mean exactly.
Go to www.godaddy.com and see if the domain you are after is available and
then purchase.
